3. Quiz results and contact requests
The free Franchisability Score is calculated in your browser. Seeing or downloading your basic score does not require sending your name, email or answers to us. If you request a personalized report, we receive your contact details and quiz answers, save them in our lead-management system, and use service providers to prepare and deliver your requested report. If you submit an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to send. Quiz answers are kept in this browser session so you can choose to include them with a later inquiry. They are not transmitted by completing the quiz alone. A temporary session token may link your requested report with a later inquiry without putting contact details in page URLs.
AI-assisted follow-up uses your submitted assessment context and questions. It is not legal advice or a guarantee of business outcomes. Do not enter sensitive personal information. Report delivery and AI follow-up become available when their service connection is enabled.
4. How inquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your request, discuss relevant services, and manage the resulting business conversation. A requested report is separate from optional follow-up emails: follow-up requires your additional permission, and you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. We retain consent and delivery records to honor your choices. Information needed for a client project is addressed through the arrangements for that project.
5. Website technology and external services
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, signup-link clicks, scrolling and video engagement. Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.” We do not send contact-form fields or URL query strings to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. You can decline or withdraw your choice using the analytics preferences icon in the footer. Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information, including device/browser information and approximate location. Visits without consent are not measured. The website and My Own Franchise app share your analytics choice and an anonymous visitor identifier to preserve referral attribution. With analytics consent, successful account creation, checkout sessions and provider-confirmed purchases are measured in the app. Purchase measurement includes the transaction reference, paid amount, currency and product; it excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers and card details. A signup-link click does not confirm a purchase. Fonts are hosted on this website, so loading the typeface does not send a separate request to Google Fonts. When the website is hosted online, the hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Your email provider handles messages under its own privacy terms.
6. Sharing and security
Email, hosting, and other providers involved in delivering a requested service may process information as part of that service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can browse without sending an inquiry. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email hello@myownfranchise.com. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law, including recordkeeping requirements.
